Michael Ryan is the Managing Director of Beavis & Bartels, our Queensland based commercial plumbing and maintenance company specialising in large scale hydraulic and drainage, gas fitting and fire safety products. Beginning his career as an apprentice at Beavis & Bartels in 1997, Michael’s skills and expertise in delivering large scale building projects across a wide range of sectors was recognised early on in his time at the company. Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role, with his impressive forward-thinking and passion for the hydraulic industry contributing to the business’ success.

With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry across the commercial, retail, fuel and aged care sectors, Michelle was recently appointed as NSW State Manager for CDC. She is responsible for the creation and implementation of strategies to grow the organisation and to oversee daily business operations. Michelle is dedicated to achieving project objectives and bringing the concept of a project to life. With an extensive history of delivering high quality projects across a range of sectors, Michelle brings passion and enthusiasm to complex and challenging projects.

Our company leaders are supported by an expert team of in-house and on-site managers, coordinators, and administrative personnel. Each of our Operations Managers and Project Managers possess over 30 years of industry experience with valuable knowledge of all plumbing compliance and contractual obligations.
We have dedicated key personnel assigned to control rigorous accounting, estimating, purchasing and financial processes; ensure the highest level of OHSE performance; and provide expert plumbing and hydraulic design management while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
