Waterfront apartments towers

With the expansion of the newly developed Docklands Precinct, MAB were aggressive to develop a major North waterfront development which engaged residential towers, restaurants and board walk entertainment.

CDC successfully engaged in 8 residential towers which incorporated approximately 1600 residential apartments and various wharf infrastructures to service the adjoining restaurants and other facilities.
